Things to consider regarding black and whitedesigner woven labels
Designer Clothing Labels
Black and white designer clothing labels are a classic and
universally chic addition to any sophisticated clothing brand and have been
used for years to label the most beautiful designs in fashion houses around the
world. They are universally flattering and make personalised labels simple and
elegant while creating a successful brand image, as has been demonstrated by
the commercial success of luxury brands with similar fabric labels, such as
Gucci, Dior and Chanel.
Black and White Woven Labels
The creation of black and white woven labels,
however, is a complicated manufacturing process. The labels are made using a
jacquard weaving loom with warp (vertical direction) and weft (horizontal
direction) threads. The weft threads are drawn through the warp thread,
creating the design of your choice. The Damask High-Definition Woven Label is
the label we recommend for luxury brands, as it has the highest density of
stitching threads, making the woven logo finer and more detailed.
Labels Maker
The label manufacturing process may seem simple,
but it is extremely difficult to create a perfect contrast in colour between a
black logo and its white background. Due to the fact that the white background
colour is woven into the fabric after the black logo, the black thread
underneath slightly darkens the appearance of the white thread above. In order
to circumvent this issue, the experts at Perfect-Labels-Lanyards use a double
layer of white thread to weave on top of the black logo thread to make it more
opaque so the logo can stand out more clearly. This improves the contrast of
the white background to the black logo but it is impossible to do with perfect
results; there will be a slight adjustment to the shade of the white
background, resulting in a slight grey shadow.
If woven fabric labels do not produce the colour contrast you require for your brand, it is recommended that you use a printed satin label or printed cotton label as alternatives.
